This is a small marine masthead navigation light which uses an oil lamp. It is made by an old Hong Kong marine light company called Tung Woo which unfortunate is no long in business.

Mountain Folkcraft 
This is an all copper oil STEARN oil lamp. It is a Tung Woo lamp. Yes the company in HK is gone now. I visited them many years ago and also visited the Hop Lee marine lamp factory. Both companies built high quality marine lamps. Over the years I sold many hundreds of the fine old lamps. My favorite were the Red or Green glass fresnel lense, port and starboard lamps. In the later years, they mand flat top copper electric ship navigation lights. Two very good companies helped build HK marine building industries.
